Sleeping > Studying ( some extent)

Good morning all! I hope your studying is going well - I thought that this article was particularly relevant to finals week. In brief, sleep is highly beneficial, possibly essential, for remembering things. You probably already know this - but seriously take it into consideration. Don't underestimate sleep, especially REM sleep.
